bout Ross Clark
History: Ross has been interested in developing skills that enhance both the mind/body and the enjoyment of life for the past 33 years. This interest has taken him to Asia he was trained as a meditation teacher. In the U.S.A. he has trained under several senior meditation teachers.
Education: The University of Massachusetts Medical School in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). In Canada at the University of Toronto Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Ross is also a member of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
From Ross: “We all experience stress in our lives. Un-managed stress can weaken our relationships and health. Studies show that mindfulness and appreciation are effect stress reduction skills.
