The pain may manifest as physical or emotional or mental pain. The strength of the pain may be slight to extreme. The length of time can be minute, hours or days.
Ego-pain first starts with negativity. The negative thought cause unpleasant sensations to be felt in the body. The Ego is feed by the negativity and becomes a harmful entity.
